What We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: full name, email, phone number, player age, and your message. We do not require any of this to simply browse the site.

Why We Collect It

Solely to respond to your enquiry about our programs, and — if you become a client — to manage that relationship. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Data From Minors

Many of our players are under 18. Where a form is submitted on behalf of a minor, we assume it is submitted by a parent or legal guardian who consents to us processing the player's basic contact and program information for the purposes above.

Cookies We Use

We only load advertising/analytics cookies after you accept them in the cookie banner. The cookies involved are:

• Google Maps (on the Contact page) — only loaded after you accept, to show our location.
• Meta Pixel — only loaded after you accept; helps us understand how people reach this site from our Instagram/Facebook activity, and lets us show relevant ads to past visitors. See Meta's own privacy policy for how they process this data.
• Google Fonts — loads our typefaces; Google's servers may log the request. This one loads regardless of your cookie choice, as it's needed to render the page.
• A small local preference that remembers your cookie choice on this device.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which resets the cookie banner.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict how we use it, by emailing contact@zodiacproagency.com. If unresolved, you may complain to Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you or, if you enrol, for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by law.
